Guardians of the Galaxy and Masters of the Universe

Only a couple weeks to go before Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 premieres, on May 5th. The trailers look great and follow the same template as before, pairing action as well as exposition, and humor to a pulse-pounding soundtrack. This time the soundtrack will include hits from Electric Light Orchestra, Cheap Trick, and even David Hasselhoff. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 sits comfortably at 86% on rottentomatoes.com and is predicted to make between $85 - $100 million on opening weekend. Even after the Iron Fist debacle and harsh criticisms, the Marvel Cinematic Universe remains unstoppable.
